1200 PLUS Rear Wheel Horsepower 70 512 BBC Turbo Monte Carlo

A few months ago this 70 Monte Carlo showed up for a tuning session. During the course of the day, we went from 900 rear wheel horsepower with 5 psi boost to 1200 PLUS rear wheel horsepower at 15 psi boost! That translates to 1600 PLUS engine horsepower!!!! What makes this especially extraordinary, is it was accomplished on 110 Octane race fuel WITHOUT an intercooler!! The car features a 512 inch Big Block Chevy with conventional 23 degree heads, single plane intake, 850 custom blow thru carb and hat, Boost Cooler alky injection kit, custom solid roller cam, custom turbo headers with a single Precision Turbo PT106 Turbocharger.  Power is transferred through a custom build Turbo 400 transmission with trans brake into a narrowed and tubbed Ford 9 Inch rear axle and 4 link suspension.

802 Rear Wheel Horsepower 66 Chevelle 406 Small Block

This 66 Chevelle was brought to us from North Indiana for tuning. Chad had heard about us through word of mouth and several internet posts on our company 2005 Procharged GTO. Chad's Chevelle features Canfield Heads, 8.5 compression forged small block chevy with healthy solid roller, 850 blow thru carb, alky control injection running on 110 octane race fuel with 16 psi boost. After several key issues were addressed it was time to strap her down to the dyno and make some power. Chad's previous best was 560 rear wheel horsepower. Working with jetting, timing, alky mixture and volume flow rates, performing air inlet upgrades, and an aluminum twin disk clutch upgrade, we proceeded to walk the power up to an astounding 802 horsepower at the wheels THROUGH THE MUFFLERS!!! Based on typical parasitic drag information thats 1000 engine horsepower folks!!!

452 Rear Wheel Horsepower 71 Dodge Charger

I just finished tuning this immaculate 71 Dodge Charger. The car was built at Mike's Corvette's in St Charles, Missouri and I have to say Mike's attention to detail is impeccable! This car was to be on display at the 2007 SEMA Convention in Las Vegas in the "Overhaulin" booth. Unfortunately a few issues developed which prevented this from unfolding. This car will be featured in Mopar Magazine and will be on display during Monster Mopar weekend at Gateway Raceway in St Louis, MO this year. Mike was referred to us by Edelbrock Chief Engineer EFI Division, Terry Abercrombie. Once everything was sorted out the driveability was excellent and power to the wheels impressive!
