Jim's 2001 464 RWHP Turbocharged Hayabusa

2001 Suzuki Hayabusa features GT35 Garrett Turbo, non intercooled, Custom EFR Racing turbo kit, 750 cc injectors APEX Speed stand alone EFI processor, forged JE Pistons 1299 cc engine with 9:1 compression, 10 mm upgraded head bolts torqued to 75 lbs, cometic head gaskets, unported head, stock cams, 6 inch over swing arm, water/alcohol injection, and much more! Top Speed with our present gearing is 230! Engine dynoed 350 RWHP on pump gas at 18 psi and 464 RWHP on race gas at 30 psi with windsheild washer fluid injection.

Stu Burroff's 2003 Procharged ZO6 Corvette 487 Rear Wheel Horsepower

Stu's ZO6 Vette is equipped with nothing more than a D1SC procharger, 8 rib drive upgrade, 42 lb injectors, and LM Performance headers. With 5.25 inch diameter blower pulley it made a cool 487 rear wheel horsepower with only 10 degrees timing! Simply installing an alcohol kit would easily push HP into the 570 range!

Turbo Connection Racing's 427 LSX Twin Turbocharged GTO

GM Performance LSX block, Eagle forged internals with upgraded ARP 3.5 rod bolts, custom JE pistons designed by Jim Riskovsky Jr. and coated by Swain Tech, Total Seal rings with the new 2000 series upper ring used in Top Fuel, an LS7 ZO6 cam, Cometic Phuzion head gaskets, L92 cnc ported heads 370 cfm intake 269 cfm exhaust, 75 lb injectors, two alcohol injection kits spraying 100% ethanol through 4 #15 nozzles progressively, Ram twin disk clutch with aluminum flywheel, and APS twin Turbo kit sporting twin 20 G Mitsubishi turbos that are good for a total of 1000 flywheel horsepower! With just 7 psi its made 681 RWHP 719 RWTQ. At 13 psi boost we produced 775 RWHP 893 RWTQ with A/F set below 10 to 1. We are also seeing well over 30 mpg at 55 to 60 mph and above 28 mpg at 70 mph. We will be upgrading to larger turbos to reach our goal of 1000 to 1100 RWHP.

First pass down the quarter on 7 psi boost (watch video) with a very soft launch and accidentally on the brakes with clutch foot in third and fourth gears was 1.87 60 ft 11.41 sec at 127.98 MPH. Vehicle weight 4100 plus lbs with driver.

In lower photo the plastic engine panels were painted Torid Red enhancing engine appearance dramatically.

Jim's 1000 HP 427 LSX Twin Turbocharged GTO Preliminary Photo's

Undercar shot of "hidden" twin turbo system during installation.

GZ Motorsports vacuum pump with custom fabricated brackets is used to promote better ring seal and reduced windage. Since turbo's are mounted under the car the pump helps with drainback as well.

Completed engine bay. Plastic panels will be headed to paint shortly. 

Here's a dyno pull of this car in action with ATI Procharger and all stock 6.0 liter engine pumping out 730 to the wheels!
